HAND-SELECTED BEANS
Instead of the machines used at large plantations, our skilled workers wait for the right weather conditions and then select only ripe red beans from our coffee plants.

Our coffee comes from the Huila region in Colombia, which is steeped in the tradition of growing and harvesting the finest coffee. Our small farm allows us to control in detail every step of the process, from the carefully timed selection of the berries, their washing and drying, a natural threshing process which removes the husk, sorting, and finally the carefully monitored roasting process.
