SILVER MEDIUM-DARK ROAST BEANS 100% Colombian Coffee “flores de cafe”

The silver line is processed 1700 meters above sea level. It is derived from one of the finest coffee varieties, named Pacamara. Once picked from the plant, the grain has a short fermentation process before being washed. It has fine aromatic, floral notes and has low to medium acidity. The grower’s experience in national coffee quality contests is excellent.
